I recently enjoyed a 4-hour Rejuvenate Package at Spavia. My first service was a massage with Liam, which was fantastic and really helped relieve tension in my muscles. The next service was a body wrap with Riley. Unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. Riley did not communicate much during the treatment, and the room was too cold, making me uncomfortable. The lack of attention to detail and the absence of a relaxing touch left me feeling disappointed. The facial that followed was decent, but again, there was minimal interaction and explanation of the products used. Overall, the lack of engagement and warmth from the staff made me feel unwelcome.
