Avoid this place for fillers!!! I visited for lip fillers but changed my mind to focus on my nasolabial folds. The injector suggested placing filler below my cheekbones. I noticed lumps after leaving, and the injector claimed it was normal. I reached out twice expressing my concerns, but they reassured me everything was fine. Strangely, they accused me of manipulating my face by pushing my tongue into my cheek to create the appearance of lumps when I talk or make expressions. They proposed dissolving the filler at my expense during a follow-up visit (I already paid over $1300, and now I have to pay more to fix it?) while simultaneously insisting that my face was fine and needed more time to settle. I left feeling paranoid and was made to believe I just needed to be patient. I even sent an apologetic text to the spa!!!
I will provide updates on the outcome. The location is stunning with ample parking. Their special offer for new customers is excellent. I'm still uncertain about the final results. I will revise this review as necessary.
