I recently enjoyed a 4-hour Rejuvenate Package at Spavia. My first service was a massage with Liam, which was fantastic and really helped relieve tension in my muscles. The next service was a body wrap with Riley. Unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. Riley did not communicate much during the treatment, and the room was too cold, making me uncomfortable. The lack of attention to detail and the absence of a relaxing touch left me feeling disappointed. The facial that followed was decent, but again, there was minimal interaction and explanation of the products used. One of my daughters started training here a bit over a year ago, and now my other daughter also takes classes here! I adore the atmosphere, and the individuals managing the gym are wonderful! The manager, Lisa, is incredibly helpful whenever I have questions about my daughter's team. The owner, Jordan, who also coaches my daughter, is truly amazing! Avoid this place for fillers!!! I visited for lip fillers but changed my mind to focus on my nasolabial folds. The injector suggested placing filler below my cheekbones. I noticed lumps after leaving, and the injector claimed it was normal. I reached out twice expressing my concerns, but they reassured me everything was fine. Strangely, they accused me of manipulating my face by pushing my tongue into my cheek to create the appearance of lumps when I talk or make expressions. They proposed dissolving the filler at my expense during a follow-up visit (I already paid over $1300, and now I have to pay more to fix it?) while simultaneously insisting that my face was fine and needed more time to settle. I left feeling paranoid and was made to believe I just needed to be patient. I even sent an apologetic text to the spa!!!About

I tried calling multiple times, no answer. Poor service. I had my nails done here last Tuesday, didn't like the shape, and within 2 days, the polish was chipping and the nails were separating. I returned on Saturday, and they fixed it without any issues, but here it is Tuesday again, and a nail has broken. 😞 I'm truly dissatisfied. I thought they looked beautiful the second time, but it's not worth trying to have them fixed again.
