I have decided to never return to Nenas! I visited this establishment based on a recommendation from a relative. Instead of informing me that she was unable to perform a simple A-line haircut, she ended up cutting off so much of my hair that I resembled Dora the explorer. Extremely dissatisfied. I eventually sought help from another salon, where I was informed that my hair had been cut incorrectly, necessitating further trimming for proper growth. This place is not to be trusted!
