I contacted to fix a meeting. Asked for a card, to charge half the service fee. I get why, but not keen. I promised to show up, but was denied. Advised to call 30 mins before desired time. I tried calling multiple times, no answer. Poor service. I'll take my business elsewhere.
Denisse is among my top massage therapists ever. If you seek deep pressure, relaxation, friendliness, and attentiveness, she's the one! Also, adore the thoughtful text updates from TBU. My favorite spot!
My visit was truly amazing. So calming. Staff was welcoming. Ryan is an exceptional therapist. A hidden treasure! A must-visit!!!
