I upgraded to a five-star rating because the massage therapist (Michelle) is truly skilled and I wholeheartedly recommend her. I bumped it back up to five stars because Massage Envy listened to feedback from me and others regarding the management of this particular location and took swift action. I was contacted by the location and was thoroughly impressed with the regional manager, Tyanna Smiley, who promptly and professionally addressed and resolved the issue. The staff at this location is exceptional and deserves commendable management.
