After 6 years of loyalty, I'll never return to this nail salon. I requested a fill in and a reshape (coffin shape) with a gel polish design. The nail technician couldn't recreate the design, so I settled for a simpler one, which was still unsatisfactory. I left a tip for the effort and departed. Shortly after (around 25 minutes later), I came back and informed the owner of the mistake, asking for my regular technician, Tom, to reshape and repaint my nails.
