After 6 years of loyalty, I'll never return to this nail salon. I requested a fill in and a reshape (coffin shape) with a gel polish design. The nail technician couldn't recreate the design, so I settled for a simpler one, which was still unsatisfactory. I left a tip for the effort and departed. Shortly after (around 25 minutes later), I came back and informed the owner of the mistake, asking for my regular technician, Tom, to reshape and repaint my nails. He agreed but requested an additional fee for the repair.
