My initial visit here. The individuals were very pleasant. She repeatedly inquired if I was satisfied with my nails and ensured my happiness before I departed. The pricing was reasonable, and the service was excellent.
I visited this place yesterday after hearing positive feedback. I phoned ahead to confirm if I could walk in, mentioning I would arrive in 15 minutes as I was driving. Upon reaching at 3:15, Tina informed me she had an appointment at 3:30. She began my acrylic set but paused after applying the acrylic to work on her appointments' dip set. I waited for about 15/20 minutes for my nails to be completed. They appeared rushed, sloppily painted, uneven, overly thick, and excessively short. I am dissatisfied with the outcome.
Consistently exceptional service. I have been a client of Sam and Tina for more than 6 years now. Never encountered any issues.
