Visited this salon today, first impression upon arrival: pristine, warm welcome, professional and kind atmosphere. 2 treatments experienced: rejuvenating 4-layer seaweed facial and full-body Swedish massage, both truly remarkable, rejuvenating body and soul. Exceptional customer service, skilled professionals who made me feel extraordinary. Strongly recommend and will certainly return!
Mixed experience. Staff, stylists, and team were exceptionally kind! Overall exceptional customer service. Would rate 5 stars if not for hair outcome. Existing brown highlights were overgrown, desired more brown highlights on roots to match, unfortunately resulted in yellow tones. Unsure where the error occurred. Urgent correction needed, but silver lining is the ability to dye over yellow hair.😃 Presently, feeling disappointed and disheartened.
