My hair colorist is great, but the proprietor, "X" was incredibly impolite today. Since the colorist's duty is solely coloring, I brought my own hair dryer after inquiring with various individuals months ago if I could blow dry my hair in the rear room. No one informed me otherwise. My hair is naturally curly and dries in less than ten minutes. I have been doing this ever since I started frequenting this spa around 6 months ago. Today, the proprietor approached me while I was drying my hair and instructed me to stop immediately. From today onwards, he has a policy that he must blow dry your hair for an extra fee or leave with it damp! I wanted to finish drying my hair today as it was chilly outside and I preferred not to go out with wet hair. He then proceeded to instruct me to never return to his spa again!!
WHAT A FABULOUS SPA! They’re experts who listen, are skilled, welcoming, and very kind. They provide a wide range of services….I highly suggest them for all beauty needs!
I adore this spa, everyone from the reception to the entire spa is so pleasant and greets you with a cheerful smile. The services they provide are fantastic and I always look forward to returning for something new. I highly recommend visiting this spa for top-notch treatments.
