I contacted this establishment for a haircut. I clearly stated that my hair was short. Upon arrival, I was swiftly placed in the chair and hurried out just 4 minutes later. The stylist only used one clipper on the sides and back of my head, neglecting to blend or fade my hair as requested. I did not receive a lineup or any additional attention. I am deeply disappointed as I am a generous tipper and have insecurities about my hair's appearance, hoping to leave feeling confident; instead, I left feeling worse. I will not be returning to this salon.
