It was such a delightful experience. I was the next in line upon arrival. I informed the nail technician that I had two layers of powder nail polish and gel on my nails. I mentioned that the gel was peeling off, possibly due to excessive exposure to water. She took her time and did an excellent job. She suggested trying colored powder without the need for gel on top. It was a bit pricier, but definitely worth it. Her name is Rachel.

**I had a terrible experience here today. I usually go elsewhere, but this place was closed. Let me tell you, I will never return. I don't usually leave reviews, but for the safety of others, I must share this. Firstly, there was no salt in the pedicure tub, which has disinfectant benefits. Secondly, I requested callus removal, and the lady went too far, taking a chunk of tissue off my foot! She then scrubbed even harder, showing minimal remorse. To top it off, she blamed me for having "dry" and "thin" skin. I should have been more cautious, as I noticed the tools were not properly sterilized. They were all just sitting in carrier tubs, reused without proper sanitation. I work in healthcare, and this is a significant health hazard. When I brought it up to the manager, he only asked if it hurt, offering no real apology and just deducting $5 from the bill. Unbelievable.**

I had the privilege of being serviced by Georgia, and she was absolutely Fantastic! Even my son now gets his haircuts from her, and I cannot envision going anywhere else. My hair was in a terrible state - fried, damaged, just not good at all. Georgia took her time and ensured that I left feeling confident and happy with my hair once again.
