It was such a delightful experience. I was the next in line upon arrival. I informed the nail technician that I had two layers of powder nail polish and gel on my nails. I mentioned that the gel was peeling off, possibly due to excessive exposure to water. She took her time and did an excellent job. She suggested trying colored powder without the need for gel on top. It was a bit pricier, but definitely worth it. Her name is Rachel.
This used to be my preferred nail salon, but my most recent visit was awful. My dip/SNS nails barely lasted TWO days before they started cracking and breaking off. When I returned to have them fixed a couple of days later, the owner gave me so much attitude, blaming me for being too rough with my nails even though I wasn't. I've had dip nails done multiple times before, and they always lasted 3-4 weeks without any issues. I'm extremely disappointed that I'll have to search for a new nail salon. They shouldn't treat loyal customers as unfairly as they did with me. I wasted $50 because I had to redo them less than a week later. To top it off, he had the nerve to mention a $10 charge just to remove them after this terrible experience, citing the cost of materials (acetone). Seriously?
ABSOLUTELY ADORE THIS SPOT! Just dropped $35 for a fresh coat of polish on my toes and a full set of gel acrylics! My nails have held up for over a month without a single break! That's a rare occurrence for me, as I usually end up breaking at least one nail after a salon visit. I can't recall his name, but the only gentleman working there is the one who worked on my nails, and he absolutely nailed it! They're the best shape my nails have ever been in! I'll definitely be returning.
