Initially stepping into Luxe Beauty as a new patron, I was warmly welcomed by Angelica upon my arrival. She promptly checked me in, and within 5 minutes, I was escorted to a treatment room to commence my laser tattoo removal session. While laser tattoo removal can be an uncomfortable and somewhat painful process, Angelica's meticulous attention to detail and professional demeanor made it a bearable and enjoyable experience. She thoroughly explained the procedure and post-treatment care. I intend to schedule more laser sessions with her in the near future. Thank you, Angelica.
DO NOT FALL FOR THIS DECEPTION. I acquired a voucher for lip augmentation through a promotional platform, and upon presenting it to “Angelica,” she instructed me to transfer the amount and assured me of receiving the same discounted rate upon visiting. How can a business permit external platforms to offer discounts that they do not honor themselves???? In any case, Angelica requested a photo of my lips❓❓ and subsequently ignored my messages. I lost $300 that day along with my self-respect. If this salon truly lives up to its positive feedback, they should rectify this situation and provide the lip augmentation as promised.
