Today, on Jan 7, 2024, my Son had an appointment with Lloyd, who has been doing his nails for the past 2 years. However, upon arrival, my Son was seated at a different technician's table. The technician attempted to apply tips that my Son did not want, and when she insisted, my Son had them removed. Despite the confusion, Lloyd, who was supposed to do the nails, did not intervene. The lack of customer service and professionalism was disappointing.
