Today, on Jan 7, 2024, my Son had an appointment with Lloyd, who has been doing his nails for the past 2 years. However, upon arrival, my Son was seated at a different technician's table. The technician attempted to apply tips that my Son did not want, and when she insisted, my Son had them removed. Despite the confusion, Lloyd, who was supposed to do the nails, did not intervene. The lack of customer service and professionalism was disappointing. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
I had a wonderful experience getting a pedicure here! The staff was very meticulous in removing dead skin and cleaning up my cuticles. I appreciated that they used oil instead of lotion at the end. The massage chairs were also incredibly relaxing. I will definitely be returning!
My appointment started right on time, with no waiting. The nail technician did an excellent job, following my instructions perfectly. The unexpected hand massage was a nice touch.
