The staff members were pleasant, but the quality of the services fell short. I had a gel manicure and pedicure last Saturday, and by today, one of the nails had already chipped. It was becoming bothersome as my hair kept getting caught in it. The nail edges appeared messy, and my toe was accidentally nicked during the cuticle trimming. I am hesitant to revisit unless I decide to have the issues fixed, especially considering the $73 I paid.
Lyna was absolutely fantastic. I treated myself to a pedicure at this salon. The establishment was spotless, and the foot bath was sanitized right before I settled in. The staff was incredibly professional and friendly, creating a truly serene atmosphere. My experience was so enjoyable that I am certain I will return. ❤️
My younger sister, who is nine years old, and I visited this salon. Unfortunately, the service was subpar. It took over an hour to complete my sister's nails, and the design she requested was not executed properly, despite its simplicity. Additionally, I did not receive the service I had asked for, and the overall experience did not justify the $132 spent.
