I cannot stress enough how much I recommend this place. My father has been getting his hair done here and suggested that I give them a try. When I walked in, I was a grown out brunette looking to switch to a chestnut brown. Caitlyn took exceptional care of me along with the many team members that pamper you throughout the process. Extremely pleased with the outcome. THANK YOU CAITLYN! <3
If you have longer hair and don't want to leave with a typical bob, I do not recommend going to Harper's for a cut. I have had 3 cuts there in the past few years and each time I requested a trim only. Every time they gave me a standard bob and cut off too much saying, "but it's much healthier now." I wouldn't return for a cut, but my partner keeps getting me gift certificates for Harper's!!! I want to give credit to the individuals who wash the hair. They always give the BEST scalp massages.
I had an incredibly terrible haircut here that I am still trying to grow out from back in November. I had longer hair and asked for a layered cut to my shoulders, but my hair was cut all the way to the back of my head and left long on the sides... the hairstylist knew she made a mistake and had to call another over to fix it. The second stylist was able to correct it decently, but I left with a pixie cut that I HATED and is growing out poorly. They tried to make it right otherwise, so I'm giving an extra star because I appreciate that, but I will never return to this salon.
