After visiting 4 different hair salons, I finally discovered Elsa in Sarasota, and her service far exceeded my expectations. Even my spouse noticed the remarkable difference in my hair and promptly took photos of me on the same day of my visit... She displays exceptional professionalism and responsibility. With my abundant, long, wavy hair, she performed an outstanding job with the blow dryer during my initial visit to her cozy salon. Subsequently, during my second visit for a pedicure, I was pleasantly surprised. Every 15 days, my nails naturally develop ingrown edges, but she skillfully addressed this issue with a wonderful pedicure and a beautifully painted finish. I have already informed her that she won't be able to get rid of me as I plan to frequent her establishment as often as necessary 😂... I wholeheartedly recommend her services.
11/21 update. My most recent visit was on 10/19, and I am disappointed with the coloring treatment I received. It appears to have been a semi-permanent color. I had requested a red tone, transitioning from a brown/black ombré. I was surprised to learn that my hair would not be bleached considering the amount I paid. There are still remnants of black strands in my hair, resulting in an uneven dye. Having experimented with various hair colors in the past, I have always had my hair bleached as it holds color better. I absolutely adore Elsa's blowouts!!! They are exceptional, and I will continue to patronize her solely for this service. The softness and longevity of the style post-blowout are truly remarkable! I spent $250 on this coloring treatment, a sum I have never paid before for any hair service, including previous experiences with blonde, red, and brown hues, along with cuts and styles. Another aspect that disappointed me was my request for straight bangs. Despite showing Elsa a reference picture, she declined to replicate it. I felt that she cut my bangs according to her own vision, which has made it challenging for me to style them. I have attached an updated photo of my hair after a month, which has reverted to its original state.
