I ended up at Trends for my wedding when the original salon I had booked cancelled on me. Trends accommodated me and my three bridesmaids and mother with only three weeks' notice. All of the employees there were incredibly kind and helpful, and we all looked stunning once they were finished with us. Our makeup was also done there and it was fantastic. I cannot recommend this salon enough. They are so professional, warm, reasonably priced, and talented.
My child worked at this salon for a short period and the owner Michelle treats her staff poorly most of the time. She issued several bounced checks to her. She drafted a very unfair contract that she has her employees sign. This agreement offers no legal protection due to the non-compete clause that holds no weight in the state of Ohio. I have personally visited this salon and there is a negative vibe in the air, which I believe stems from the mistreatment of her employees. Shame on you Michelle for your behavior. To operate a successful business, you should treat your staff with respect and integrity, and that is not how you manage this business!
I had an amazing experience at Trends Salon! Michelle did an outstanding job with my haircut and everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Michelle and her team for their professionalism and exceptional service.
