An ideal spot to get our hair styled for my wedding! The attention to detail was exceptional, and the bridesmaids looked stunning too. Meg is so pleasant, and the atmosphere is lovely. Highly recommended!
This hair salon is truly fantastic! I regularly visit this salon and I have never been disappointed! My hair always feels incredibly healthy and fabulous every time I walk out of the salon, and I love flaunting my hair! I highly recommend you visit this salon! I had multiple appointments with Megan to transition my hair from box color red (YIKES!) to a blue and purple look for the summer. Seriously, check out this salon <3
#1 it's nearly impossible to reach this salon. You call but no one ever picks up or returns your call when you leave a message. So, I emailed; I think I found the email on the salon's Facebook page. I wanted to use this salon for my wedding because I saw good reviews & heard they were excellent. Through emails with Lauren, I managed to book my wedding date and a trial (which involved waiting a couple of weeks for responses from Lauren, who took at least 3 days to a week+ between each email). I showed up for my trial, only to be informed that the makeup artist couldn't make it and we needed to reschedule. I thought, okay, no problem. Lauren then did my hair trial, which was honestly fantastic, and I was excited about rescheduling my makeup trial. I asked Lauren to inform me as soon as possible about the makeup trial rescheduling because I only had about 6 weeks until my wedding at that point, and I wanted to have the trial done quickly. However, I didn't hear back from her for 2 weeks, despite calling the salon multiple times and leaving messages. At that point, I just felt that this salon is so unreliable that I didn't want to depend on them for my wedding day, so I emailed Lauren and said to forget it. It's just so challenging to reach anyone and seems very unreliable.
