Let me just start by saying “FANTASTIC, INCREDIBLE, EXCEPTIONAL…”. This was my initial time receiving lashes and I was quite anxious as I didn’t know what to anticipate but Taylor made me feel incredibly at ease and relaxed. She walked me through the process step by step and was exceptionally patient with me. The salon is absolutely charming and inviting, so inviting that I dozed off during my session. 😂 When she revealed my eyes once completed, I had to do a double take because I could not believe how stunning my eyes appeared, I was genuinely impressed. She then detailed the post-care routine and handed me a lovely little pouch with a brush and instructions, truly delightful!! As I exited the salon, I was offered a snack and tea. Sarah has been shaping my eyebrows for around 4 years now! Every single time, they turn out flawless. She also performed Microblading about 3 months back and I regret not doing it sooner! My brows are naturally light and sparse, and this was the perfect solution! Despite having low pain tolerance, the process was painless! I absolutely adore the results, she perfectly matched the color. I ended up at Trends for my wedding when the original salon I had booked cancelled on me. Trends accommodated me and my three bridesmaids and mother with only three weeks' notice. All of the employees there were incredibly kind and helpful, and we all looked stunning once they were finished with us. Our makeup was also done there and it was fantastic. I cannot recommend this salon enough.
