UPDATE: Following the "proprietor's" reply to my critique advising me to contact customer support via email, I did so. However, customer service then informed me they would reach out to the owner. What a farce. No responsibility taken. In short, avoid bringing your children here.
There is a wild old man with attitudes. I observed how he was trimming my hair at lightning speed, becoming aggressive when I tried to give input on my fade. He abruptly removed the cape and instructed me to wait for another stylist to finish the haircut, refusing to continue. I had to endure an additional 30 minutes of waiting.
