I visited this salon today following a scheduled appointment. I had booked for a "soak off" and a complete acrylic set. Starting with the positives, the ambiance and setting are quite pleasant with fantastic music, and my nails turned out beautifully. However, the process was excruciating, to say the least. Despite my request for a soak off, there was no soaking involved; instead, the technician used a cuticle scraper, an additional nail, and cuticle scissors to remove the previous nails. It was incredibly painful, and it was evident that they were not concerned about the health of my natural nail. After forcibly removing the nails, she proceeded with the full set. I had concerns about the condition of my nails and asked if it was safe to apply acrylic over severely damaged nails.
