I am utterly dismayed by the service and quality of my nails. I had gorgeous, strong, healthy nails before visiting this salon. They not only attempted to forcefully remove my previous gel, damaging my nails, but also excessively filed them down, leaving them weak and flexible. The salon was unclean, and the nail polish application was messy. The orange color bled onto my skin, and the polish appeared bubbled and streaky. The quality of the colors used was subpar; even after applying two coats, the color remained translucent. I strongly advise against coming here if you value the health of your nails. Spending $40 on this service was a significant letdown, and I am deeply frustrated and upset. After the nail treatment, they used a dirty brush soaked in oil, which not only ruined my nails but also caused a rash on my hands. This establishment lacks hygiene, and my nails are now in a terrible state that will take months to recover from. I regret ever setting foot in this place.
My initial visit here left me thoroughly dissatisfied with the outcome. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the scent of marijuana in the air. When it came to the nail design I desired, I was unable to achieve it; I had to alter my design as Ken was unable to execute it accurately. The lines I originally requested were crooked and poorly done. Only one coat of polish was applied when multiple coats are necessary, resulting in visible brush strokes on the nails. Furthermore, my cuticles were cut, leading to bleeding.
