Originally from Brooklyn and new to North Plainfield, I am quite selective about who handles my hair. Mirtha exceeded my expectations with a wash, set, conditioning, and trim. I was delighted with the results as she took her time and provided excellent service. The salon strictly adhered to safety measures with temperature checks, hand sanitizers readily available, and adequate spacing. This may become my go-to salon.
I scheduled a hair appointment to trim my short hair even shorter at a salon near my home. Despite booking a week ahead, upon arrival, the staff, upon seeing my face...brown, informed me that the stylist was unavailable. Their unprofessionalism led me to Malogro's in New Brunswick on the same day, where I received a beautiful cut and excellent service. I will not be returning to Greenbrook Road Beauty Center and will not be recommending it.
