I am utterly dismayed by the service and quality of my nails. I had gorgeous, strong, healthy nails before visiting this salon. They not only attempted to forcefully remove my previous gel, damaging my nails, but also excessively filed them down, leaving them weak and flexible. The salon was unclean, and the nail polish application was messy. The orange color bled onto my skin, and the polish appeared bubbled and streaky. The quality of the colors used was subpar; even after applying two coats, the color remained translucent. I strongly advise against coming here if you value the health of your nails. Spending $40 on this service was a significant letdown, and I am deeply frustrated and upset. After the nail treatment, they used a dirty brush soaked in oil, which not only ruined my nails but also caused a rash on my hands. This establishment lacks hygiene, and my nails are now in a terrible state that will take months to recover from. I visited this salon today following a scheduled appointment. I had booked for a "soak off" and a complete acrylic set. Starting with the positives, the ambiance and setting are quite pleasant with fantastic music, and my nails turned out beautifully. However, the process was excruciating, to say the least. Despite my request for a soak off, there was no soaking involved; instead, the technician used a cuticle scraper, an additional nail, and cuticle scissors to remove the previous nails. It was incredibly painful, and it was evident that they were not concerned about the health of my natural nail. After forcibly removing the nails, she proceeded with the full set. I had concerns about the condition of my nails and asked if it was safe to apply acrylic over severely damaged nails.
