Salem was incredibly kind and professional, paying special attention to detail and being very child-friendly. The salon was spotless with full-length mirrors in front of the chairs. As a single parent visiting for the first time, she made sure my daughter was comfortable and happy with her hair. My daughter was thrilled, and I was extremely satisfied!
Howdy, I requested for Dakota Johnson braids and she mentioned they're knotless braids. However, when she started on the first braid, she stated my hair was too thick and needed more work. She ended up doing four braids instead of the three I wanted, and then charged me for ten braids without informing me. The price was also increased from $40 to $80. Another customer came in complaining about hair loss due to loose hair being cut all the way up the braid, affecting their actual hair. My hair looked like it had been done for a month. If a customer doesn't want something, at least lower the price.
