I had a dreadful experience at this establishment. I purchased a Groupon deal for microneedling, and the individual who performed the initial treatment did a subpar job - I saw minimal results and didn't even experience peeling. Fortunately, the subsequent two sessions with a different provider were much more effective. When I raised my concerns with the manager about feeling shortchanged on the 3-session package I paid for, she promised to comp me an additional session. However, upon arriving for my supposed extra session, I was informed that I could choose between a complimentary red light therapy or derma planing. When I tried to clarify with the esthetician, she advised me to contact the manager. During our conversation, the manager proceeded to deny ever promising me an extra session, which left me feeling gaslit and frustrated. I am disappointed with the lack of consistency and customer satisfaction at this establishment. The manager offered me a $25 discount on a microneedling session, but why should I pay for a service that wasn't performed correctly in the first place?
After enrolling in 6 sessions of laser hair removal for my underarms, I was amazed to find that my hair growth had significantly diminished following just the first session. Shea and Erica have been absolutely exceptional!
