The first time I visited, I was randomly assigned to her and since then, I have specifically requested her for my appointments due to her exceptional craftsmanship. Nova meticulously shapes my nails, garnering praise even from my spouse who notices the superior quality of her work compared to my previous experiences. I usually opt for a gel pedicure, but Nova recently recommended a hybrid gel manicure for my hands, which are frequently exposed to water. She expertly shapes them to my liking, with a perfect blend of square and subtly rounded corners. Beyond her skill, Nova exudes kindness and attentiveness, especially towards my 4-year-old daughter who often accompanies me. The spa itself is immaculately maintained, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The massage chairs, though typically overlooked by me, are incredibly comfortable, providing a comforting embrace while pampering my feet! Despite my impending move to Westlake, which will place me a 25-30 minute drive away, I am committed to continuing my patronage to Luna! Thank you, Luna, for your dedication and care!

She excels in creating hybrid nails, a superior blend of acrylic and gel that feels remarkably natural and enhances nail health. Since switching to hybrid nails, I have experienced minimal lifting and improved nail condition. Jessica's exceptional customer service and engaging conversations make each visit a delight!
