I had a dreadful experience at this establishment. I purchased a Groupon deal for microneedling, and the individual who performed the initial treatment did a subpar job - I saw minimal results and didn't even experience peeling. Fortunately, the subsequent two sessions with a different provider were much more effective. When I raised my concerns with the manager about feeling shortchanged on the 3-session package I paid for, she promised to comp me an additional session. However, upon arriving for my supposed extra session, I was informed that I could choose between a complimentary red light therapy or derma planing. When I tried to clarify with the esthetician, she advised me to contact the manager. During our conversation, the manager proceeded to deny ever promising me an extra session, which left me feeling gaslit and frustrated. I am disappointed with the lack of consistency and customer satisfaction at this establishment. This establishment is absolutely FANTASTIC! The staff is incredibly welcoming and accommodating. I first encountered them over 20 years ago when I responded to a call to their previous Oakbrook Plaza location, and I was thoroughly impressed. I highly recommended my spouse to visit their salon, and she was completely won over. Subsequently, my spouse persuaded me to try a hot stone pedicure there years ago, and from the very first time they used those hot stones to massage my legs, I was completely captivated.
