This establishment is absolutely FANTASTIC! The staff is incredibly welcoming and accommodating. I first encountered them over 20 years ago when I responded to a call to their previous Oakbrook Plaza location, and I was thoroughly impressed. I highly recommended my spouse to visit their salon, and she was completely won over. Subsequently, my spouse persuaded me to try a hot stone pedicure there years ago, and from the very first time they used those hot stones to massage my legs, I was completely captivated. Christine, Charlie, and their team are truly remarkable!!
Without a doubt, the most disappointing manicure I have ever received. The gel did not fully cure, leaving my left hand sticky. The technician filed underneath and damaged my natural nails, and when I brought it up, she simply responded, "well, you do know that's your nail, right?" "Yes... but it wasn't shaped like that before you messed with it."
