My brows were left with numerous cuts after my visit on 8/10 at the Great Northern mall spot. Despite the lady being nice, the experience was excruciating, and now my brow area is compromised. Prioritize reading reviews before choosing this place for your brow needs. The infection risk due to the cuts poses a significant concern, as brows shape your face.
On 5/1, I took my daughter to get her brows done ahead of her Prom that Friday. The lady who usually does our brows did a decent job in the past. However, on this occasion, she was on the phone when we arrived and continued chatting while working on my daughter's brows, which was incredibly unprofessional. It was clear from my daughter's expression that she wasn't pleased with one brow, so I politely asked for a fix. Although she corrected it, it felt like she wasn't willing to do so. Consequently, we won't return until they bring in new staff. In the past, there were Black women working there. What happened to them? They should bring those skilled ladies back, as the current service falls short.
Khalidah does my brows just right every single time. Her work is top-notch, and I'll always be a loyal customer. She's highly professional, ensuring my satisfaction with each visit, leaving me delighted consistently.
