I've been a member since 1989. The team at the New Hyde Park branch is exceptional. I consistently receive top-notch service from all the stylists I've encountered. A special mention to Michelle, Beatrice, and Marissa for excelling in their roles and consistently making me feel at ease and part of the HCM community. Candace at the reception is fantastic, warm, and always endeavors to accommodate you in the schedule for any last-minute appointments. Patricia, Jasmine, and Taylor are amazing - consistently professional and swift in addressing any concerns that may arise. I would wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking advice.
