I've been a member since 1989. The team at the New Hyde Park branch is exceptional. I consistently receive top-notch service from all the stylists I've encountered. A special mention to Michelle, Beatrice, and Marissa for excelling in their roles and consistently making me feel at ease and part of the HCM community. Candace at the reception is fantastic, warm, and always endeavors to accommodate you in the schedule for any last-minute appointments. Patricia, Jasmine, and Taylor are amazing - consistently professional and swift in addressing any concerns that may arise. I would wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking advice. Keep up the exceptional work.

I recently received a classic French manicure from Susan, and I must say, she exceeded my expectations. It has been three days, and my nails still look impeccable. Susan displayed great attention to detail, meticulously cleaning and shaping my nails. Despite trying other nail salons in the vicinity, none have matched the quality of service here. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment!
