I've been a member since 1989. The team at the New Hyde Park branch is exceptional. I consistently receive top-notch service from all the stylists I've encountered. A special mention to Michelle, Beatrice, and Marissa for excelling in their roles and consistently making me feel at ease and part of the HCM community. Candace at the reception is fantastic, warm, and always endeavors to accommodate you in the schedule for any last-minute appointments. Patricia, Jasmine, and Taylor are amazing - consistently professional and swift in addressing any concerns that may arise. I would wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking advice. Keep up the exceptional work.
I've been a patron of hair club for over a decade and I am absolutely thrilled with it. Kiara is my stylist and she is phenomenal, she is truly exceptional. She is skilled and an outstanding stylist. Candace manages the front desk. She is an absolute delight. She knows all her clients by name and embodies a beautiful soul adept at customer service, always wearing a smile. Priscilla is the manager, always offering assistance when required. Taylor, Jasmine, Beatrice, Sarah, Jacqueline, and Jordan. Just a few among the many wonderful individuals. It's a fantastic team they have there. I adore them all. I would definitely recommend my acquaintances, and indeed, I have already referred a couple of friends. I feel like we are one big, joyous family when I visit. I relish my visits, they are all so warm and polite consistently, every day, with everyone, at all times. Thank you all for looking after my hair all these years. I truly appreciate it.
Initially, I had the pleasure of collaborating with Jasmine and Shanice....then another fantastic experience with Taylor. The team at this studio is incredibly supportive and always go above and beyond to assist you. I cannot emphasize enough the caliber of individuals the manager/owner selects.
