They were incredibly rude. I'm not from around here, I'm from Virginia, and was simply looking for a hair store. I will never return to this establishment.
I just spoke with this business over the phone and the person in the background was very rude. I don't want to waste my time experiencing this in person. The person I spoke to on the phone was nice, but the individual in the background, who I assume is the owner, had a bad attitude when I inquired about kinky curly hair.
Beware, they are rude and prejudiced. When I mentioned to my family that we should leave because they do not welcome people of color in their store, they questioned why I would say that. I speak the truth as I see it. We traveled here for vacation, a 14-hour round trip, but we will never set foot in that store again.
