I typically refrain from sharing feedback online, HOWEVER, my recent visit for a haircut left me utterly disappointed. My regular hairstylist was absent, and I was assigned to Daphne, a new face to me. Despite showing her a reference image, she completely disregarded my instructions. Instead of just tidying up the top, she cut my hair extremely short and even decided to buzz off my hairline without my consent. Throughout the process, I was not facing the mirror, and upon completion, she failed to show me the back or sides of the haircut, indicating she was aware of the mess she had created. Now, I am left with random short patches on my hairline that will take ages to grow back. The sides are also buzzed too close, revealing my skin. This has been the worst haircut experience of my life. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, her response was dismissive, claiming she thought it looked fine. Avoid Daphne at all costs!

Upon my visit, I requested a layered haircut and a blowout. The stylist had me stand during the haircut, which felt odd. She quickly blow-dried my wet hair without using a brush for styling. After washing, cutting, and drying, which seemed rushed, I requested a proper blowout. The stylist seemed reluctant and confused, failing to understand my request. She mentioned additional charges, which I was willing to pay, but the lack of proper communication led me to end the session without the desired service.

My visit was delightful! I opted for a shampoo and cut, and Cindy provided an exceptional service. She was not only professional but also incredibly personable, making me feel like royalty. The salon was clean and inviting, and Cindy did a fantastic job with my hair. I am eagerly looking forward to my next appointment! 🥳
