Regrettably, I must express that this manicure is possibly the worst I have ever had. The nail technician was kind but struggled to effectively communicate. Despite informing her of a smudged nail that required fixing, she neglected to address it. The application of five layers of polish resulted in a chunky texture with various inconsistencies, far from the smooth gel finish expected. I believe I could have achieved better results with regular nail polish at home and saved $100. (On a positive note, the pedicure was satisfactory)
This nail salon was absolutely fantastic! I showed them the nail design I wanted, and they replicated it perfectly. The staff members were incredibly friendly and attentive. I give it a solid 5-star rating.🫧🧋
Today, during my visit, while receiving a pedicure, an object unexpectedly flew across the room and struck me beneath my eye, causing soreness and swelling. Surprisingly, it turned out to be an employee's child's playful act. Despite receiving a superficial apology and a $30 gift card offer, my request to speak with a manager was evaded. Not only did I endure being hit, but I also requested a wax service, only to be informed there was none available, yet two subsequent customers received it. Disappointed by this experience, which was my go-to spot for nails and eyebrows, I have decided not to return. It took my son's intervention for someone to check on me and provide a damp cloth for my face!
