Displeased with the color and so-called "cut" and style by Stephanie for $175! Asked for equal length on both sides but was told there wasn't time due to the next appointment. Stephanie arrived 15 minutes late and rushed through my appointment. Requested yellow tone to be toned down and grey to be blended throughout, but did not receive that. Visited due to persistent neck and shoulder pain that has plagued me for a decade.
The person who treated me put forth their utmost dedication.
Although it was uncomfortable due to my preexisting condition, right after the session, despite feeling tender, I could feel a noticeable improvement.
While it's not a remedy or substitute for certain medical routes, I can attest to a significant increase in shoulder mobility, something my physician, sports medicine specialists, physical therapists, and even neurologists have not been able to achieve.

Regrettably, I must express that this manicure is possibly the worst I have ever had. The nail technician was kind but struggled to effectively communicate. Despite informing her of a smudged nail that required fixing, she neglected to address it. The application of five layers of polish resulted in a chunky texture with various inconsistencies, far from the smooth gel finish expected. I believe I could have achieved better results with regular nail polish at home and saved $100. (On a positive note, the pedicure was satisfactory)About

I typically refrain from sharing feedback online, HOWEVER, my recent visit for a haircut left me utterly disappointed. My regular hairstylist was absent, and I was assigned to Daphne, a new face to me. Despite showing her a reference image, she completely disregarded my instructions. Instead of just tidying up the top, she cut my hair extremely short and even decided to buzz off my hairline without my consent. Throughout the process, I was not facing the mirror, and upon completion, she failed to show me the back or sides of the haircut, indicating she was aware of the mess she had created. Now, I am left with random short patches on my hairline that will take ages to grow back. The sides are also buzzed too close, revealing my skin. This has been the worst haircut experience of my life. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, her response was dismissive, claiming she thought it looked fine.
