Upon reviewing the website to schedule an appointment, I noticed that the rules seemed to only apply to clients. Despite the strict policy on punctuality, my first appointment began with a 30-minute delay. While the service was satisfactory, my second appointment saw me waiting for 30 minutes due to the stylist running behind schedule. During my third visit, when I requested a full set, the stylist appeared rushed and inattentive due to her time constraints. Unfortunately, this led to a painful experience as she was hasty and made errors without acknowledging them. There was no sign of remorse or even a simple apology. Regrettably, I will not be returning, especially considering the steep prices. The following day, I had the set removed.

Despite the less-than-perfect condition of my hair, the staff at this establishment made me feel at ease. My initial visit was a delight.
