TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE—POOR SERVICE. I was yelled at by the person who greets you, she rudely gestured to the chair as I entered. This individual shouted at me and canceled my appointment because I asked for assistance 5 minutes after my scheduled time. I am extremely upset and will not return to this establishment. I was neglected and left without service, feeling very upset. No one offered an apology or showed concern for my dismissal. They simply continued to help other clients.
