TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE—POOR SERVICE. I was yelled at by the person who greets you, she rudely gestured to the chair as I entered. This individual shouted at me and canceled my appointment because I asked for assistance 5 minutes after my scheduled time. I am extremely upset and will not return to this establishment. I was neglected and left without service, feeling very upset. No one offered an apology or showed concern for my dismissal. They simply continued to help other clients. Inadequate management of the business.
My overall visit was quite pleasant. There was a brief wait initially, but I may be biased (my usual spot was very busy). However, my "Classic" pedicure came with a lovely foot and leg massage which was just what I needed! I also enjoyed the variety of sand and scents available for the tub. I chose Tropical 😎 …
