Visited this place a while back. Realized I never left a review or my review was erased. I Went in for a trim and a conditioning treatment. It lasted three hours. Delayed our family from starting a road trip we had planned. The stylist at one point was on their hands and knees cutting my hair. (No exaggeration) They had to call over three people to help "fix" my hair. It was taking so long that it was encroaching on a manicure appointment they had. In front of me, they spoke to their boss about not having time to rectify what they had done. I was billed the full amount. Once I got out of the chair, I immediately tied my hair up. I even expressed my dissatisfaction to the lady at the reception. Went to my car and teared up. Left a review after getting an email from them inquiring about my experience requesting them to reach out to me. Never received a call, text, or email. Truly the worst experience I've ever had at any salon. Can't fathom how people have had a five-star experience here.
Abby was fantastic! Such a lovely pedicure! She was so friendly and easy to converse with, yet understood if I didn't want to chat! Went through our vetting process and I couldn't be happier with the service! Such a delightful experience and will definitely return and recommend to all!!! New go-to place! Thank you!
This salon is my TOP PICK - they are so knowledgeable and really helped me understand more about my hair and how I can improve its health! I left with a great boost of confidence and thoroughly enjoyed my serene experience. You can sense how much they all love their work! Also, their products are EXCEPTIONAL and the boutique is incredibly charming!!
