Madison United States is a fine Walmart, boasting a wide array of items that are consistently in stock. The deals available here are just as impressive as those found in other Walmart locations. Don't miss out on their 4th of July offerings!
This United States Walmart has certainly seen better days. It used to stand out as the top Walmart in the vicinity. However, the checkout lines are now excessively long, with numerous self-checkouts but only a couple of regular lanes open. The store's inventory seems to have dwindled, frequently leading to items being out of stock. The quality control leaves much to be desired, as I've received food items that appear to have been mishandled and taped back together. Despite these shortcomings, I'll award two stars for the store's past excellence, and an additional star for the employee who kindly returned my forgotten card.
My experiences at this United States Walmart have left me feeling let down. On two separate occasions, I visited in search of vinyl for a craft project, only to find that no one in the store could assist with cutting the material. Despite repeated calls for help over the intercom, no one came to aid. After waiting over 10 minutes each time, I left feeling frustrated. It's disheartening that even a manager couldn't handle a simple task like cutting vinyl. In the end, I'll be taking my business to a fabric store with superior customer service.
