I arrived for my appointment as scheduled and was informed by the receptionist that she would inform the stylist of my presence. Despite waiting for an hour, no one approached me, and when my allotted time was up, I departed without receiving a haircut. I have no intentions of revisiting this establishment.
I had a wonderful experience with Harper who expertly trimmed my hair and engaged in delightful conversation! She followed my requests precisely, regularly checking in to ensure my satisfaction. I opted to donate my hair and add some soft, face-framing layers. I am absolutely thrilled with my fresh haircut! The salon was impeccably clean and charming! I paid a total of $30 ($25 + 20% gratuity). :)
My visit was absolutely fantastic!! The registration process was quick and efficient. Jordan was my stylist. She has definitely earned a loyal customer in me!!! She was not only skilled but also very personable, transforming my hair beautifully!! I left feeling like a confident, stylish individual and couldn't wait to flaunt my new look!!
