My experiences at this Salon are truly exceptional‼️ Ms. Taylor and Team deliver outstanding service and maintenance for all my extensions. She is consistently friendly and professional. I have some extensions that have been with me since 2018, I SWEAR! The quality of the hair she uses is impeccable, and I always receive compliments when I have them on. Color touch-ups and trims are part of the routine if necessary. When I leave them for maintenance, the turnaround is FAST, showing me that my time is valued as much as hers❣️❣️❣️❣️
I am absolutely enamored with this salon!!! Every stylist is incredibly friendly and creates a welcoming environment. The ambiance is soothing, and you'll feel at ease the moment you step inside.
Shanice was my hairstylist during my visit, and I requested a trim on my ends before she installed my wig to support my hair growth, as wigs are my go-to protective style. After the service, I gave her a generous tip of $40-$60 due to some issues we faced with my wig. However, a little over a month later, when I removed my braids, I discovered that she had cut my hair instead of just trimming the ends. My hair was also unevenly cut. Prior to my visit, my hair was reaching mid-back length, but now it's only shoulder length. I was devastated. It took me 8 years to grow my hair to that length, and it was all lost in a single day. I reached out to her via text, but she never responded, showing a lack of concern for what I was going through. I also contacted the assistant manager, who seemed to understand my frustration but failed to follow up. I don't even recognize myself anymore, as I mentioned to Nevaeh or whatever her name was. This experience has been the worst in the last two days, especially at work, where I, as a nurse, understand the importance of caring for others. I had to reduce my patient care because my anger and disappointment affected me deeply, and I didn't want to take it out on innocent people. The lesson I learned from this salon is that even though you may look and feel great initially, how will you feel in a month's time?
