I frequented this spot for a year. Recently, I got a volume fill costing $90 plus a $20 tip for the service. Unfortunately, the lash artist mistakenly glued several extensions to my eyelid, resulting in significant swelling and irritation. They promptly removed the lashes for free on the same day after seeing the photos I sent. The receptionist explained that the close placement was for better retention, but that's not ideal for lashing. After the swelling subsided, I sought to have them redone by a different artist. Initially, I was told I had to pay $210 for a new full set, which I found unreasonable given the initial error. I contacted the manager on a Friday night and received a response around Wednesday, citing illness as the delay. While I understand, as a business, timely customer responses are crucial. Extremely welcoming, skilled, and knowledgeable about haircuts and products. The ladies there are all warm and easygoing. They are always busy, so it's best to call and schedule an appointment to secure your spot. I wouldn't trust my hair with any other salon! 👍👍👍
