I've been a client at New York Laser Aesthetics for approximately 3 years now, and I absolutely adore them. Sarah and Emily are both fantastic. The facility is spotless, equipped with top-notch laser technology, and exudes a friendly atmosphere. I typically have my face and bikini area treated, and I've never encountered any issues. I've visited two other laser centers; one used an outdated laser machine that required a cooling gel application before the laser, resulting in a discomforting experience, and the other was a Groupon deal that lacked personal interaction and yielded unsatisfactory results, leading me back to New York Laser Aesthetics for a redo. At New York Laser Aesthetics, everything is exceptional. Sarah and Emily always confirm appointments, engage in conversation during the procedure, and utilize a dual machine with a cooling hose to ensure a painless experience. Despite not having the lightest skin tone, their laser has shown promising results on my hair. During bikini laser sessions, Sarah is incredibly patient and ensures my comfort throughout. I highly recommend this establishment, and the pricing is reasonable. They offer a discount for touch-ups after six sessions! You truly get what you pay for, and I definitely received a great deal. The establishment is pleasant and orderly, yet the employees are exceedingly indolent and fail to return calls for missed appointments. Emergencies could arise, but they still neglect to follow up. I intended to purchase another package, and the person kept pestering me to ensure I make the purchase. All they prioritize is the money. Customer service is of no concern to them. I also experienced very unsatisfactory outcomes from this establishment. Neither of the employees display enough care to genuinely assist you. I would not recommend.
